Terms of Service

Last updated: September 22, 2026 — Effective for all users of titanleap.co
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of titanleap.co and any audit, blueprint, or retainer service TitanLeap (“TitanLeap,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides. By requesting an audit, purchasing a service, or engaging us as a retainer client, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

01Who we are

TitanLeap is a done-for-you growth agency. We audit businesses' marketing and sales funnels, produce strategy blueprints, and — for retainer clients — run ongoing content, funnel, and sales-pipeline work using our internal software, “Growth OS,” and select third-party tools.

02Our services

We offer three broad categories of service, and these Terms apply to all of them:

03Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and business owners, not consumers. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to use our services.

04Payments, pricing, and refunds

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Gumroad and Stripe. Prices for one-time audits and deliverables are as listed on titanleap.co at the time of purchase; retainer pricing is set out in your service agreement.

Refunds: because audits and blueprints involve real work delivered shortly after purchase, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once the audit has been started. If something went wrong on our end, email us — we'll make it right on a case-by-case basis. Retainer refund terms, if any, are set out in your service agreement.

05AI-assisted work

Some of the analysis, strategy angles, and draft content inside your audit and blueprint are generated with the help of AI language models, including Anthropic's Claude and Google's Gemini, as part of our Growth OS software. A human at TitanLeap reviews and edits every audit before it is delivered — nothing goes out unread. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how this works.

Because AI-assisted analysis can be wrong or incomplete, you should treat our audits, blueprints, and strategy recommendations as informed guidance, not guaranteed outcomes — see Section 08 below.

06Intellectual property

Everything we deliver to you — your audit, blueprint, and any retainer deliverables — is yours to use for your own business once paid for in full. We retain ownership of our underlying methodology, templates, software (Growth OS), and any general frameworks used to produce your deliverables, and we may reuse that underlying methodology for other clients.

You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our audits, blueprints, or deliverables as your own agency's output without our written permission.

07Your responsibilities

If you become a retainer client and share access credentials, CRM exports, ad account access, or analytics dashboards with us, you're responsible for making sure you're authorized to share that access, and for revoking it when the engagement ends. We use anything you share strictly to deliver the agreed work.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through our intake form — our audits and recommendations are only as good as the information they're based on.

08No guarantee of results

Marketing and growth outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your market, your execution, your budget, and timing among them. Nothing in an audit, blueprint, retainer deliverable, or conversation with us should be read as a guarantee of specific revenue, growth, or business outcomes.

09Confidentiality

We don't sell, license, or share your business information, strategy, or audit contents with any other client, competitor, or third party, beyond the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. If you'd like us to sign a separate mutual NDA before a retainer engagement, just ask.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitanLeap's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue.

11Termination

You may stop working with us at any time. For retainer engagements, termination terms (including any notice period) are set out in your service agreement. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone for any lawful reason, including non-payment or abusive conduct toward our team.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TitanLeap's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your signed service agreement specifies otherwise.

13Changes to these terms

If we materially change these Terms, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting active retainer clients will be communicated directly by email.
